7. Plan for & manage the review process –
  Determine who needs to review the document, when, and for what.
  Build in adequate time for review cycles, and develop formal sign-off procedures.
 
8. Conduct a postmortem
  Meet with your team to talk about your successes and your opportunities for improvement.
 

Compare your original estimate to your actual time & expenses, and discuss what caused the differences.
 

Look at your actual hours versus chargeable hours, and determine how you can be more productive in the future.
